Scott has released two CDs as a solo artist: From Within (2000) and Another Day (2007). Both releases garnered rave reviews from the local and national press including write ups in Jazz Times Magazine and being added to the play lists of many radio shows. Paddock is known for his high energy playing which pushes the limits of the saxophone and his original compositions which effortlessly capture a groove while expanding the sound of contemporary jazz.
In addition to Scott's performances with his band, he is also in high demand as a sideman and has played with many local and national musicians including: Bela' Fleck, Little Feat, Sam Bush, Lenny Pickett, Jackson Browne, Gary Grainger, Scott Ambush & Dennis Chambers.
Scott is also in demand in the studio where he has done recording sessions for numerous television and theatrical releases including: Cougar Town, Bones, The Help, What Not To Wear, Without A Trace, Family Feud & Scrubs.
